Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Expect your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This timeline includes the time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), process it (3 to 5 business days), and your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Often, refunds are processed more quickly.
To return an item, log in to your account, view your order via the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address worldwide. However, please note that some products have restrictions and may not be eligible for international shipping.
When you place an order, we'll estimate the shipping and delivery dates based on your chosen items and shipping options. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page, depending on the provider you select.
Please also note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of each item is listed on its detail page. To align with the policies of our shipping providers, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
